Breaking Free
After a series of life-altering events—a painful breakup, the collapse of a business, and the loss of my home—I hit rock bottom. Everything I thought defined me was gone, and I felt completely untethered. It was a time of sadness, pain, and deep reflection.
Therapy was a stepping stone, but the healing was slow and painful. My growth felt controlled by someone else and extremely limited.
